"We have food coupons for Rupees 375/= per month for a family.We get only Rupees 175/= worth of dhal,sugar and rice for the food coupons.Rupees 200/= as cash.These are not given on time.We have not received anything for this month yet. We can't keep the rice longer, because it gets spolit very quickly.We don't get tea,kerosene or anythingelse.My husband is a labourer.
